So apparently, I really like seeing my fitness results on a computer screen and getting emails saying I just achieved a new personal record. :) I have been out on 7 walks/jogs in the past three days. And that is even with a big snow storm last night. The super cold weather has kept the jogging/running to a minimum, but I did get a good two mile jog in yesterday. I feel really good about it...I feel like the stats from RunKeeper and my heart rate monitor really validate my outdoor pursuits. OK, I know they probably shouldn't. The euphoria from working out and being in the outdoors should probably be enough...but, this is just icing on the cake, the bells and whistles, and I LOVE it. :)
