I'm no expert, but...Congrats on your progress.<br /><br />I'm no expert, but there is a saying in the fitness world..."everything works, just not forever" In other words, Bo Jackson was on to something with that cross-fitness stuff. <br /><br />I know you are saying that you are getting in a nice grove and getting comfortable working out...that's awesome. Just remember to mix it up a bit.
